I had my family out for a couple days last week which was awesome. We went to the Children’s Museum of Richmond, as well as the National Aquarium in Baltimore. They left in the middle of the nor’easter and thankfully made it home safe after no power at the airport and fishtailing while taking off.
Last night we were all were sad to say goodbye to our friends in Brand New and Crime In Stereo. It was a good time hanging after the show, augmented by a celebration of Edward’s birthday right after midnight. Cake and smoked meats were consumed, as well as the spoils of a pinata that Ed bit the leg off of. I also scared our drum tech John Kenna worse than I will ever scare another human in my life; not video taping it will be something I regret to my grave.
Today we start a new chapter of this tour with The Deer Hunter and Polar Bear Club in Pittsburgh at Diesel. If your close by, come hang out!
On a side note, I’m curious what alternate mix of AITA some of you comment boarders are tossing around. I can’t think of what it would be. Also, we’re all working on some recommendations for an upcoming thing where we are guest editing for Magnet Magazine online. You may have heard us talk about some of them before, but this will be more in depth than the standard post-post suggestions.

Although I’m glad you’re moving on to a new round of shows. I wish you could have stayed with Brand New for one more night. Boston will miss you.
oops. I meant a few more nights. Haha.
I don’t know why anyone would think there is anything wrong with AITA. It’s still by far my favorite and sounds the best to me. I remix album would be real cool but not to redo just have fun with it.
teppei and his fam are in my prayers. love you guys!
