I’ll get the bad news out of the way first.
Teppei had to leave the tour last night due to a family emergency, and will not be playing with us for the next few shows (and possibly the rest of the tour.) We fully understand and support his decision to do so, and hope that you’ll be understanding as well. He started this tour knowing that this would be a possibility, and toughed it out for as long as he possibly could. Please send as many positive thoughts as you can muster in his, and his family’s direction.
The good news is that we have a few friends out here on tour who have stepped up, learned a few songs a piece, and will be joining us on stage to enable us to get through a full set, and help us get through this difficult time. The tour will continue as planned. It’ll just be a little different.
Thanks for your understanding and support during this time. We appreciate it.

@mj
Haha, thanks for that. You must’ve been closer than I was to him.
hey everyone! stop. seriously.
Please don“t comment idiots like rake. Its sinnless
Hey Rake, burn a copy of Beggars with the three b-sides added throughout, and give the entire thing a few more listens.
Even though this is my favorite band, I didn’t like the album at all initially, save for a few songs (literally three songs). After hearing the b-sides, they changed my entire perspective on the album and gave it some of the added length and… umph that I thought was missing. It also made me appreciate some of the songs that I didn’t care for that much before a whole lot more.
Now I’ve come to accept the album for what it is, and I really love it. In fact, it has rarely left my cd player for more than a day, since it came out.
Also, I think it’s more or less fine to criticize the band, so I won’t fault you there (although there are good and bad ways of going about it), but making a sweeping generalization about an entire group of people isn’t really cool and borders on bigotry (actually, it pretty much is).
That’s assuming you’re not just trying to be a troll, which a part of me doesn’t think you are. But in case you are.. I don’t know, do your thing I guess.
im seeing thrice friday!!! Lord willing. woo woo.
en-sha=–allah.
My prayers go out to Teppei and his family. Hope everything is okay and we get to see him back on the road with you guys.
If I could quit life for one year and go to every single show with any band alive on their entire international tour…it would be THRICE!!! Booyeah! No one comes close. They are just four men, but I think they are a tad bit more gifted than the rest. Show some love if you agree!
